Randy brings a wealth of experience in visual arts, technical expertise, and effortless interpersonal skills to drive the creation of impactful visual campaigns for leading fashion, lifestyle, and automotive brands.
As the co-founder of Hi, I'm Roger, Randy leverages his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Arizona State University, where he studied under esteemed historian Bill Jay, landscape photographer Mark Klett, and painter/sculptor Fritz Scholder. He further advanced his studies by completing the Documentary Practice and Visual Journalism Program at the International Center of Photography in NYC, studying with renowned photographers and artists like Mary Ellen Mark, Cornell Capa, Alex Webb, and Sally Mann. This diverse background enables him to translate complex ideas into emotionally resonant visual narratives.
Over the past 15 years, Randy has cultivated and maintained an extensive global network of production talent, ensuring seamless project execution for clients. His leadership and strategic planning abilities allow him to effectively manage and oversee production teams of all sizes. A calm and decisive communicator, Randy excels in orchestrating all facets of production to deliver exceptional results.
Ruzanna Yesayan - Co-Owner/Executive Producer
With 15 years of experience serving major U.S. and international brands, Ruzanna specializes in interpreting and executing briefs to develop effective global campaigns. She brings a wealth of expertise in creating strategic solutions that drive brand success on a worldwide scale.
Graduating magna cum laude from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and a minor in Cinema Studies, under Dawoud Bey, Ruzanna further enhanced her creative skills at the Art Center College of Design, where she studied Photography. Her robust educational background provides a unique blend of analytical and artistic perspectives.
Her professional journey includes key roles as Art Director and Photo Editor for Getty Images and Senior Art Director for Veer/Corbis. This direct industry experience grants her a deep understanding of client needs, enabling her to consistently deliver efficient, creative, and exceptional results.
