We see ourselves and the client as a team. We walk hand-in-hand with our clients through the estimating, scouting, pre-pro, and shoot stages. We are aware that production can sometimes feel stressful, so we endeavor to stand by our client as a calm and steady presence, keeping everyone well-informed, up-to-date on the important details, and providing guidance and solutions for any issue that might arise throughout.

Randy Crisp - Co-Owner/Creative Producer
Randy combines his education and background in the visual arts, his technical skill, and his effortless ability to work well with people to create striking visuals campaigns for leading fashion, lifestyle, and automotive brands.
Before launching Hi, I'm Roger; Randy earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Arizona State University under noted historian Bill Jay and landscape photographer Mark Klett. He went on to complete the Documentary Practice and Visual Journalism Program at the International Center of Photography, where he studied with Mary Ellen Mark, Cornell Capa, Charles Harbutt, Alex Web, and Sally Mann. This unique background allows him to translate complex ideas into emotionally impactful imagery through the art of visual storytelling.
Over the past 15 years, Randy has built and maintained an extensive worldwide network of global production talent and crew, helping him create a seamless experience for his clients. He is a calm and clear communicator who exceeds at planning and executing, including hiring and overseeing production staff and crews of all sizes, creating a seamless experience for his clients.
When he is not in the production office or on location, Randy loves visiting museums and galleries, embarking on road trips with his four-legged companions, telling stories, and spending time in the water.
Ruzanna Yesayan - Co-Owner/Executive Producer
Ruzanna has 15 years of experience servicing major US and international brands, interpreting and executing briefs to develop effective global campaigns.
She earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism with a Minor in Cinema Studies at Rutgers University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She went on to attend Art Center College of Design, where she studied Photography. She then served as an Art Director and Photo Editor for Getty Images and a Senior Art Director for Veer/Corbis. Her direct experience gives her a deep understanding of clients' needs, allowing her to be highly efficient, creative, and always deliver excellent results. Ruzanna is focused on building relationships vital to promoting innovative production solutions and generating new ideas.
Ruzanna has had a deep love of art and books for as long as she can remember, and enjoys sharing her finds with others. In her free time, she can be found outdoors with her partner and 4-year-old twins: hiking, paddleboarding, and working in the garden.
